Skiing, Map & Passes

Ski Passes & Grand Massif ski map.

Your ski passes can be either booked on-line or paid for in resort, the ticket office is at the entrance to the Grand Massif ski lift, so opposite us. Unless you have plenty of time on the day you arrive, we recommend you book on-line as it’s much quicker. Please e-mail/phone us if you are unsure which pass to get, as we are more than happy to help you with that. You will also find the ski map and web cams on this site.

Skiing in the Grand Massif

We are the 4th largest ski area in France, with one of the best snow records, and due to Flaine being the highest village, we are pretty much snow assured. Samoens, Flaine, Morillion, Les Carroz and Sixt make up the Grand Massif, 265kms of pisted skiing and loads of safe off piste. There are 3 jam parks and each area has different terrain which is why people come back each year.
They are putting in new lifts each year and replacing the old, for bigger, faster chairs.

There are plenty of traditional mountain chalet/restaurants serving Savoie food and the nice thing about the Grand massif, is you will never pay 10 euros for a coke like other resorts!

If you want to make your own sandwiches, there are lots of sunny spots with fantastic views, or if it’s a bit cold they have picnic buildings with toilets dotted around the ski area.
